Refund Policy

At Street Safe Self Defence Training Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality, practical safety education. We want every participant to feel confident in their purchase. Please read this policy carefully before registering.

1. Live Webinar Sessions

For live webinar registrations, we offer a full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. This allows us to manage session capacity and prepare materials accordingly.

  • More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
  • Less than 48 hours before the session: No refund is available. However, if you are unable to attend, you will automatically receive access to the full session replay at no additional charge.
  • After the session has taken place: No refund is available once the live session has been delivered.

2. Replay Purchases

Replay recordings are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the content is accessible as soon as payment is processed, replay purchases are non-refundable once the recording has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your replay, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it promptly.

3. Session Cancellation by Street Safe

In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly reschedule a live session, all registered participants will receive a full refund automatically, or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date. We will notify all registrants by email as soon as possible.

4. Technical Difficulties

Our webinars are delivered live via Zoom. If you experience technical difficulties on your end (such as internet connectivity issues), we are unable to offer a refund. However, all live session registrations include access to the full replay, so you will not miss the content.

If a technical failure on our end prevents the session from being delivered as scheduled, we will offer all affected participants either a full refund or access to a rescheduled session.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used to register
  • The name of the webinar
  • Your Stripe order confirmation number (if available)
  • The reason for your request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your access to future sessions being restricted.
