Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Street Safe Self Defence Training Co. website or purchasing any webinar or digital product. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

Street Safe Self Defence Training Co. ("Street Safe", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Rob and Beth Andress, based in Ontario, Canada. We provide online safety education webinars and digital training resources for real estate professionals across Canada and the United States.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using our website or purchasing a product, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our webinars are designed for real estate professionals, but are open to any adult who wishes to improve their personal safety awareness.

3. Products and Services

Street Safe offers the following types of products:

• Live webinars: scheduled online sessions delivered via Zoom. Registration includes access to the live session and, where stated, a replay recording and transcript.
• Replay recordings: pre-recorded webinar sessions available for on-demand viewing after purchase.
• Digital resources: transcripts, guides, and supplementary materials provided as part of a webinar package.

Course descriptions, dates, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any material changes to a session they have purchased.

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Street Safe to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Street Safe is not responsible for failed transactions resulting from incorrect payment details or insufficient funds.

5. Access and Delivery

Upon completing a purchase, you will receive access instructions by email. For live webinars, a Zoom link will be sent to the email address provided at registration. For replay recordings, a link to access the recording will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase or session completion.

Access to digital products is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any webinar recording, transcript, or course material without our express written permission.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues on your end. If you do not receive your access link within the stated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our webinars — including but not limited to course materials, video recordings, transcripts, slides, frameworks, methodologies, text, graphics, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Street Safe Self Defence Training Co. and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased content for your own personal safety education. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The SPACE Management framework, course titles, and proprietary methodologies developed by Rob and Beth Andress are the exclusive intellectual property of Street Safe Self Defence Training Co.

7. Acceptable Use

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Record, screenshot, or capture any live webinar session without our express written permission.
• Share, resell, or distribute access credentials, replay links, or course materials to third parties.
• Use our content for commercial training, resale, or instructional purposes without a licence agreement.
• Engage in any conduct during live sessions that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other participants.
• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or user data.

We reserve the right to remove participants from live sessions and revoke access to purchased content if these terms are violated, without refund.

8. Educational Disclaimer

The content provided by Street Safe Self Defence Training Co. is intended for general educational and awareness purposes only. Our webinars are designed to help real estate professionals recognize risk and make informed decisions about their personal safety.

Our content does not constitute legal advice, law enforcement guidance, or professional security consulting. The strategies and frameworks we teach are based on our instructors' experience and training, but individual situations vary. We strongly encourage participants to consult with local law enforcement, legal counsel, or professional security advisors for guidance specific to their circumstances.

Street Safe does not guarantee that applying the techniques taught in our webinars will prevent harm or criminal activity. Personal safety decisions remain the sole responsibility of the individual.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Street Safe Self Defence Training Co., its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services.
• Any reliance on information or content provided in our webinars or materials.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting webinar delivery.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Zoom (webinar delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Mailchimp (email communications).
